 ALL NIGHT - Dance into Trance Workshop - During the peak full moon energy .

From 11pm - 6am

For those ready to turn their dance into ceremony, their movement into prayer.

This all-night workshop invites you on a journey to find inner peace and deep connection.

We all long for a place to truly call home, yet that home begins within, not in external spaces.

The dance becomes a refuge, a sacred homecoming.

As the night unfolds, trance awakens - movement turns into nourishment for the soul, 

a living prayer that carries you beyond the mundane.

For me, trance is not something I chase it is something I allow.

It begins with the simplest tools: the breath, the body, the beat.

I let myself be seduced by movement, letting it rise organically from deep within.

With each breath, something opens

my greater mind awakens as I dissolve into the dance.

In that dissolving, I am not lost; I am fully aware, deeply present in the space around me.

Resting in the rhythm, pulsing with my own heartbeat, I discover a stamina that keeps me moving, 

wave after wave.

And it is through this surrender

breath, pulse, presence

that trance arrives naturally, like a tide carrying me deeper.

 My offering is this: not mastery, but mystery.

A surrender into breath and the wisdom of the body, a practice of getting out of your own way..

at least, just in the dance

where trust opens the door, and the Spirit simply moves through you.

Every gesture, every breath, every beat is a portal into the unseen.

By surrendering control, you open to the guidance of something greater, an invitation to awaken,

 to ground, and to expand, while simultaneously being and witnessing your own luminous self.

For me, This is a HOMECOMING!
