 For me, trance is not something I chase it is something I allow.

It begins with the simplest tools: the breath, the body, the beat.

I let myself be seduced by movement, letting it rise organically from deep within.

With each breath, something opens

my greater mind awakens as I dissolve into the dance.

In that dissolving, I am not lost; I am fully aware, deeply present in the space around me.

Resting in the rhythm, pulsing with my own heartbeat, I discover a stamina that keeps me moving, wave after wave.

And it is through this surrender

breath, pulse, presence

that trance arrives naturally, like a tide carrying me deeper.
