5რიტმის ისტორია შედგება 65 წლიანი ქომუნითისგან.

ყველაზე მოსიყვარულე ადამიანი, რომელიც ძალას მატებს გარშემომყოფთ და პირადად მე ყველაზე მეტად. 

შორს მჭვრეტელი, საოცრად ინტუიტიური ადამიანი,  რომელიც აღმოაჩენს და ხედავს თქვენს დამალულ ნიჭს და შთაგაგონებთ რომ ის მსოფლიოს გაუზიაროთ.

ყველაზე გამამხნევებელი და მადლიანობით სავსე ქალი, არა მხოლოდ როგორც მასწავლებელი და გზის გამკვალავი, არამედ, როგორც პიროვნება.

ნამდვილი ხელოვანი და უაღრესად დიდი ინტელექტის და სიბრძნის მატარებელი. ყველა ამ სიკეთეს, ამბერი  დახვეწილი ფორმით აზიარებს და გადასცემს სამყაროს მის ყველა ცოდნას.

5Rhythms has 65 years of history and pioneer teachers, 

the pillars of the 5Rhythms practice. 

These are the teachers who studied and worked with Gabrielle over the years.

New York is the birthplace of this practice, and it is also home to my beloved dance community. I had the privilege of studying with all of the New York City teachers.

They are more than my mentors - my family, who have supported me through difficult times and guided me over the past 13 years.

One of them is Lucia Horan, who grew up under Gabrielle’s wings.
She was my very first 5Rhythms teacher, the one who introduced me to this practice and made me fall in love with it. She is one of my deepest influences and inspirations, and we are planning her visit in Georgia for the next year.

Also, the powerful Lorca Simons, who has worked, studied, and co-created ritual theater with Gabrielle. Her visit has been rescheduled to May 2026.

And Incredible Amber Ryan, my mentor and deepest inspiration, who will be coming this summer, from June 20-22, to offer the 360 Emergence workshop.

I deeply love this woman and feel truly blessed to have met her at the beginning of my dancing journey. She has been my mentor, my sister, my guiding light, and my greatest inspiration.

From the day I met her, it has been my long-held dream to introduce her to my homeland and bring her medicine to our community. I am beyond thrilled that this dream is now becoming a reality.

Amber trained under the wings of The Raven herself, Gabrielle Roth in New York City and beyond.
She played a significant role in building the New York City dance community.

She has co-taught numerous workshops with Jonathan Horan globally.
Amber has guided movement and taught across the globe, including in the U.S., Costa Rica, and Europe.

She has participated in many worldwide music and wellness festivals and has mentored countless teachers and dancers around the world.

Amber is the co-founder of The 360 Emergence, alongside Kate Shela (another highly respected former 5Rhythms teacher). which they launched in 2019.
