Through the 5Rhythms cosmology, we will explore the relationships to self, and partnering through each rhythm.

We will navigate to uncover hidden parts of ourselves that are getting in our way to fully embody our own hearts and deepen self-love so we can create harmony and balance in our inner and outer worlds.
