Dance into Trance workshop takes you on a journey to find your inner peace and connection. 

We all yearn for a place we can truly call home, but that home begins within ourselves, not in external spaces.

In this workshop, dancing becomes a form of meditation, a journey into a state of heightened awareness, a trance that serves as nourishment for the soul. This dance transcends the mundane, carrying you beyond the ordinary landscapes of everyday scenes of traffic, daily hustle, head-trips, and heartaches.

As you move to the rhythm, you step into a bigger perspective. 

From this vantage point, you can look into the depths of your own heart and let go of the things that bother you. Be guided not just by your inner spirit but also by the vast forces that extend beyond your individual self—the spirit of something greater, the echoes of fear, or the echoes of the past. 

In this release, you step into the radiance of your luminous self. 

Every energetic expression becomes a portal, a gateway to a deeper understanding.

When you hold your breath, it's like holding back a powerful force—holding back the immense power of the Universal Spirit. It is a catalyst that shakes us up, keeping us grounded. It takes some practice to stop being the one in control and let yourself be guided.

 In countless subtle ways, you'll be challenged and rewarded.

Dance into Trance is an invitation to let go, breathe, and dive into the dance of self-discovery. It's a universal language that speaks to everyone, resonating with the shared desire for inner peace and connection.

Workshop provides us a nurturing space for participants to embrace the present moment.

The breath takes focal point in our practice, serving as a gateway to deeper states of consciousness.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience, inviting both beginners and to those who have been dancing lifetime. 

   This is going to be a Waves Workshop - which also counts as a pre-requisite for those who are on a teacher training path.

ტრანსის ვორქშოპს მივყავართ ჩვენი შინაგანი სიმშვიდისკენ და საკუთარ თავთან უფრო ღრმა კავშირისკენ.
ჩვენ ყველა მივისწრაფვით იმ ადგილისკენ სადაც თავს ვგრძნობთ სახლში, მაგრამ ის სახლი არის ჩვენში, ჩვენს სხეულში და არა სადღაც სხვაგან.

სუნთქვა არის კატალისტი რომელიც გარდაგვქმნის და გვაბრუნებს ჩვენ ცენტრთან. ეს ხდება პრაქტიკა რომელიც გვასწავლის თუ როგორ მოვუსმინოთ სამყაროს და მივყვეთ მის ზებუნებრივ გზას ვიდრე სულ კონტროლში ვიმყოფებოდეთ.

იმისათვის რომ დაესწროთ ამ ვორქშოპს არ არის სავალდებულო 5რიტმის გამოცდილების ქონა. ყველას შეუძლია დასწრება ვისაც სურვილი აქვს ღრმად და საფუძვლიანად შეისწავლოს 5რიტმის პრაქტიკა.
